On December 17th Detective William Hetrick arrested Jeffrey Bair, 43, of Waretown for shoplifting in connection with the November theft of lottery tickets from Spirit’s Liquors.
Officers responded to the store on November 10th for a report of a male subject who removed $150 worth of lottery tickets from behind the counter and fled the store. Bair was identified as the suspect after the review of footage from the store’s security surveillance system.
Bair was charged with shoplifting and was released pending a court date.
