On April 13th at 6pm, Patrolman Thomas Behrens arrested Kimberly Jordan, 42, of Toms River on an $18,137 child support warrant issued by the Ocean County Sheriffs Department.
Ptl. Behrens had stopped the vehicle in which Jordan was a passenger on Lighthouse Drive for a maintenance of lamps violation. Jordan was lodged in the Ocean County Jail in default of bail.
