On December 20th at 10pm, Patrolman George Martin arrested Brian Pedroli, 45, of Barnegat after stopping him on Bayshore Drive for failing to maintain his lane of travel.
Pedroli’s vehicle was impounded for 12 hours in accordance with John’s Law. He was issued summonses for DWI, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and driving with a suspended drivers license.
It was further discovered that Pedroli had over $800 in outstanding warrants from Stafford and Lakehurst municipal courts. He was lodged in the Ocean County Jail in default of bail on the warrants.
