On May 14th at 12:54am, Patrolman Michael Diblasi arrested Serenity Carleton, 25, of Waretown for DWI after stopping her car for failing to obey a traffic signal at the intersection of West Bay Ave and Barnegat Blvd.
Carelton’s car was impounded for 12 hours in accordance with John’s Law. She was processed and released with summonses for DWI, reckless driving, failure to submit to chemical tests, and failure to observe traffic signal.

On May 17th at 6:05am, Patrolman Andrew Parsley arrested Gary McClean, 34, of Egg Harbor for DWI after responding to 7th Street for a report of a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival, Ptl. Parsley discovered McClean asleep in his vehicle which was parked in the street with the engine running. After conducting an investigation, McClean was arrested for DWI.
McClean’s was impounded for 12 hours in accordance with John’s Law. He was processed and released with summonses for DWI and reckless driving.
