On June 1st at 11:54am  Patrolman Andrew Parsley arrested Justin Ramos, 20, of Barnegat for DWI after responding to a motor vehicle crash on Denville St. The investigation at the scene revealed that Ramos had struck two parked cars and a mailbox. Further investigation revealed that he was under the influence. His vehicle was impounded for 12 hours in accordance with John’s Law. Ramos, who was uninjured, was processed and released with summonses for DWI, reckless driving, and failure to maintain lane.

On June 4th at 9:42pm Patrolman George Martin arrested Keith Carson, 48, of Barnegat for DWI after stopping Carson’s vehicle on Barnegat Blvd for failing to stop at a stop sign and failure to maintain lane. Carson’s car was impounded for 12 hours in accordance with John’s Law. Carson was processed and released with summonses for DWI, reckless driving, failure to stop at a stop sign, failure to maintain lane, and failure to produce registration.
