On February 13th at 1:27am, K-9 Officer Robert Armstrong arrested Joseph Garrett, 35, of Long Branch on $89,000 in outstanding warrants issued by the Monmouth County Sheriffs Department. Officer Armstrong observed Garrett inside of the 7-11 on West Bay Avenue and had prior knowledge of the warrants.
Garrett was lodged in the Ocean County Jail in default of bail.
