On July 12th at 1:06am, Ptl. Thomas Behrens arrested Thomas Danna, 59, of Tuckerton on a $750 warrant out of GallowayTownship. Ptl. Behrens came into contact with Danna during a motor vehicle on Route 9.
Danna initally advised Ptl. Behrens that his name was Thomas Lehman. After a records check revealed that no such person existed with the date of birth and address that Danna had provided, Danna admitted his real name to Ptl. Behrens. A subsequent records check revealed the outstanding warrant.
Danna was arrested on the strength of the warrant and was also charged with hindering apprehension. He posted bail and was processed and released pending a court date.
